1. Consent & Nature of Services

  • Our counseling services provide confidential emotional and psychological support through virtual sessions.

  • These services are not medical or psychiatric treatments. For emergencies such as suicidal thoughts or psychosis, immediate professional medical intervention is advised.

  • Participation is voluntary, with full understanding of the service scope.

2. Eligibility

  • Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

  • We do not knowingly provide services to minors or collect data from children.

3. Session Format & Process

  • Initial 2–3 sessions focus on assessment and understanding your background.

  • A customized therapy plan is developed collaboratively.

  • Sessions are conducted online (Zoom, Google Meet). Messaging or email therapy is not offered.

4. Technical Requirements

  • Clients must use supported devices (desktop/laptop) with working camera and microphone.

  • Supported browsers include Chrome, Edge, Firefox.

  • Stable internet connection and browser permission for camera/microphone access are required.

  • Supported OS versions: Windows 10+, macOS, iOS 10.4+, Android 10+.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All bookings and payments are final; refunds are not available.

  • No Shipping: Services are virtual only; no physical product shipment applies.

  • Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling allowed with minimum 5 hours' notice before the session.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited without refund or rescheduling.

6. Privacy & Recording

  • Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed by both parties in writing.

  • Privacy and confidentiality are strictly maintained.

7. Client Conduct

  • Clients must maintain respectful communication and confidentiality.

  • Abusive or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.

8. Emergency Referral

  • Signs of acute psychiatric distress will result in referral to licensed emergency services.

9. Website Use

  • Users confirm age eligibility and agree to lawful use of the website.

  • Intellectual property and privacy rights must be respected.

  • Unauthorized or unlawful activity may lead to termination of access.

10. Third-Party Platforms
